Ennerdale is a delightful semi-detached barn which has been converted into a holiday cottage. Its spacious rooms look out over lovely grounds, where there is plenty of freedom to roam along the nature trails that take you through the nearby woods. The entire property was fully refurbished during Summer 2022 and has a warm, welcoming and cosy country feel.
Ground floor: Living room with smart TV, kitchen with breakfast bar and dining table.
First floor: 3 bedrooms: 1 King with double sofa-bed and en-suite, a further King room with double sofa-bed, and a third King room. These three bedrooms sleep 10 people in total (six in extra comfort without use of sofa beds). There is also a family bathroom on this floor.
Main hall: An on-site bar/restaurant is available in main hall, with stunning views over the Lake District Fells (pre-booking required).
Bathroom: Bath with shower. Bedroom and Laundry: There is a free-to-use washing machine - plus towels, bed sheets, bed linen, soap and toilet paper are provided. There is also an iron and a clothes drying rack. Entertainment: HDTV with Netflix.
Family amenities: Cot and folding or convertible high chair. Heating and Cooling: Gas central heating. Home Safety: Smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and first aid kit. Internet and Office: FREE Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace. Kitchen and dining: Gas cooker and oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, dishes and silverware, kettle, wine glasses, toaster and dining table. Location features: Private entrance and resort access. Outdoor: Shared back yard (not fully fenced), BBQ grill. Parking and facilities: Free parking on premises, with EV charger. Services: Pets allowed, long-term stays allowed (28 days or more).
Booking period: Security deposit of £150.00 payable on arrival– and returned one week after departure.
